Hello all. My 08 XP has a 3" 162 with stock chaincase. And other than an Aeen pipe and Dynoport y pipe its stock. This sled rips. It climbs like crazy and. Crawls around like a tractor in the trees. I have run it in deep fluffy powder and wet heavy stuff. And I am running 21/45 gears.

I am surprised you are getting a 3" with a stock chaincase, I am guessing you swapped out the drivers though to make some room?

My buddy just put on a 2.5" and it rubs just above the heat exchanger when rolling it by hand, but when you run it under a load there is no rubbing issues.

Unless your sled is set up different I wouldn't try a 3" in a 154! Why the taller gearing? The stock 163" does better with a larger bottom gear I believe a 49.

This thing will absolutely crucify any stock 800
The sled started out as a 154 and I stretched it to a 162 that's why the 45 bottom gear. I started with 19\45 which is basically the same as stock 163 gearing of 21/45. I found it only got 35-37 mph corrected for the smaller drivers. And the 21/45 gives me 45\47 mph corrected.
This is my results after 8 trips to the mountains. Just thought I'd share, I will be in Valemount on the 19th and 20th if anybody would like to try her out!

the sled was a 154 I stretched it to 162. So it had stock 45 th bottom gear
I went to 19\45 but was only getting 35\37 mph track speed in a steep pull. Now with 21\45 gears I am seeing 45\47 mph. No stock 800 will climb anywhere close to this sled

Cuso the only thing this thing needs is a set of your board stiffeners
will be riding oasis on friday and depending on snow maybe horsey on Saturday. Staying at the best western. Give me a call 780-554-8310
there will be another sled with identical setup and another one the same plus 860 kit.

Please provide vids. Not saying it ain't true, but its the internet so everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt until proven to be true.

Thanks in advance. :)

sorry no videos, I am sure tho that there are lots of guys on here that can verify it. If Valemount gets any new snow before the 21st of March I will try and get some video.
