08 Summit XP Grinding

At Higher RPM's my sled makes a grinding sound coming from the clutch side. Doesn't seem to have any power issues or anything. Looking at the bendix on the electric start it looks like it has some grind marks on the end of it. Anyone had an issue with it moving out when riding? Is it a simple fix? I think this is where my grinding noise is coming from.

Sounds like a weak spring on starter drive . Gear moves out and contacts ring gear . Sounds horrible .
