I have a 08 Foreman 500 and managed to bend the left upper A-arm rear mounting bracket that is welded to the frame. I hit a large rut going though a mud hole at about 20km/hr in 2nd gear so I was a little surprised to have this kind of damage. The front tire was left toed in and cambered in at about 45 degrees. I am thinking the best fix is to have a new bracket fabricated, unless I can buy one. Does anyone know if these brackets are available for sale from Honda or as an aftermarket part? Grinding off the old bracket is obviously the easy part, it might be a little difficult to get the new bracket welded on just right so that everything is in alinement. Anyone have any suggestions? Does this seem like a fluke occurrence? Thanks!
