07 sportsman 800 trouble

I have a 07 sportsman 800 that idles fine but doesn't rev up spitters and sputters when trying to rev it, and it barely moves when in gear. We've changed the fuel filter spark plugs and drained the old gas.

Is bat voltage above 12 volts? I dont remember if they have the trottle safety switch, if so check throttle cable adjustment.

07 is a carbed unit, I would suggest pulling the carbs and cleaning them up, then run some Sea Foam in the gas.
