Just bought an 07 D7 with 1100miles and found out it needs a new top end-cracked cylinder, broken rings,etc. Last owner apparently ran a turbo and almost blew it up. It was in running condition, but low compression (80psi) in left cylinder. 110psi in the other.
Question-should I spend the money to get the bottom end done or just do the top end now? Thanks in advance.
