does anybody know if the one way clutch behind the primary can be taken apart and cleaned. and if so what is the best way to clean them.

sorry guys i was callin it the wrong thing it is the wet clutch and now after looking at quad again i think the primary was put together wrong and the belt was way to tight when we took primary off there was two washers and in the manual it only shows one does any body know how tight your belt is meant to be and for a stock 660 primary is there any belt shims ie washers because when we took the primary off there was two one fat one and one skinny one it doesn't say in the book we know one goes with the bolt but where does the other one go. HELP
