I'm in the market for a 2up 850 Can-am outlander with possibly a set of apache LT tracks. I'm curious as to how much room dealers have for negotiations on price from MSRP.
As well what about PDI, freight, and Doc fee's.The Doc fee's seem to annoy me the most because it's like paying for the paperwork.
When I bill customers I'd get lol'd at if i added and extra charge for me to fill out the paperwork for the services I rendered. oh well..
I'm still on the fence about tracks and wish there were more opportunities to demo them before purchase.
Any constructive advise is definitely appreciated.
Thanks

Dealers make squat of the sale of the machine. They make a little off the PDI but remember they have to pay their tec out of that. Not sure about the rest of the paperwork i don't remember paying for that. Where the dealers make money is on part sales and service. A Dealer that moves alot of inventory makes more that a dealer that moves a little product. As they are put into classes depending on sales so the higher the sales the better prices the dealer gets.
