I was quoting JMCX. Buddy of mine spent hundreds on Cat clutch tools.

I made my own clutch spring compressors, and secondary compressors with some ready rod and washers/nuts. Costed me like 6 dollars.

Hundreds of $ on Doo tools to do the rebuild? I hope this clutch is all that they say it is. If they get some demos out there we'll see if it runs hot as a fire cracker too. Maybe maintenance won't be possible on the new clutch and if something goes wrong you'll be forced to buy new $$$

Not sure what you need for tools that is costing you hundreds of dollars.. Primary puller, button holder and a little pressure from your knee has only cost me less than fifty dollars.. What tools are you needing??

And mine

I do have a doo puller but Allways worried about breaking it off in

Hydro press is so much better
Same here, ready rod, fender washers and a couple nuts. Teflon and water to get the primary off. Then I use the puller to separate the sheaves so I don't damage the primary bolt.

One thing nobody has mention including skidoo is that the extra injectors will help with cooling the crank.

Don't think those injectors will accomplish any cooling, would have to assume injection will be through transfer port at BDC ?? If not splashing gas around crank, much less oil needed, pretty sure that is how they got away with so little oil consumption on ETEC

Looks like injector's are at the throttle bodies. When gasoline goes from a liquid to vapour it absorbs at lot of heat, that is were the cooling come from.

Very true.. And now think boosted were charge temps are up to 100f on big pulls.. How much those injectors are dropping charge temps

We went racing a few years back in Oklahoma and seen cars that had muti stages of water injection dropping charge temps to get a better dense air.. Each stage only can drop so much temp

What are your thoughts on the stock throttle bottle injectors for aftermarket turbo kits? Is this going to make it easier or harder to program the fueling?

I'm guessing it could be done two ways.. First and easiest, tapping into wiring of stock injectors in throttle body and using the doo injectors to add additional fuel under boost, as long as it meets turbo fueling requirements?..

And second ideal is to leave stock injectors alone and add all boost fuel threw aftermarket injectors in the airbox like they have done in the past..

using stock injectors will be a cleaner operation with less clutter in engine compartment and should work very well

second idea will have more engine clutter with additional fuel hoses, injectors and injector wiring, but will also add a second shot of fuel that will cool charge temps a second time and should make additional power per lb of boost from a more dense air charge..
