    Summit x shock rebuild

I believe better. Les relying on spring tension and more on dampening for compression. It is not a perfect setup for high speed riding but again this shock isn't perfect ether. You would have to separate the tune (comp/rebound) with a piston tune instead. Very positive around here and many of us...

    Summit x shock rebuild

Something really simple to do with the rebuild able KYB's is to service with 5wt oil. (stock 2.5wt) This will help a lot with sidehillling and holding lines. 20% stiffer compression and slower rebound.

    “Expert” suspension any good?

Very similar to the KYB pro 40 shock but with a slightly different tune. Also the Kashima coating on the damper tube is harder and has less stiction and this translate in better small bump sensivity. Fox has been using this coating on mountain bike suspension for many year now and proven...

    KYB shock service

With the QS3 you have the most current shock from fox. No upgrades yet but it can be tune for your style of riding. Fox recommend to service their snowmobile shocks every season. Lot of temperature and elevation changes affecting shock oil and air can seals. Most of the time all seals are good...

    KYB shock service

Folks, 1500km is as long as I seen these good for. Cooked oil is no good oil. Also, most of them are found with aerated damper from IFP seal failing. Those are not build to be like emulsion shocks from your truck. Stay on top of your service as you would do for your clutches[emoji106]

    Best gearing for T3 174

I have a 2016 T3 174. Stock gears are 19/49. I switch over to 19/51 and felt a difference. My riding is around 1900m to 2200m and find I need to run at clicker 4. Still experiencing a bit of down in rpm in deep or eavy snow. Anyone try a 54 T bottom gear from the 850? I'm I looking in the wrong...
