Do you have any pics of this 007? Or can explain a little more on exactly what you did? I have a PA head and am hearing lots about the air restriction on these.
Other than the normal load up of fuel and oil....check your Spider rollers and primary weights. I have seen lots with a worn/seized roller that chews a weight and causes this bog. Wont happen from stand still as it skips over this low spot in weight. good luck
There is a reason it was soft before he charged it. Needs to be rebuilt as just recharging it can cause more issues. I do hundreds a year. $50 a shock for those ones. That is a full rebuild. 306-382-4418
They are like that from factory as there are going to be people who will put junk oil in them that wont flow at -30..... Good Synthetic oil and you are still really safe at 50:1. and that is still lots of lube for bottom end. Due to the pump style you are only really cleaning up the bottom...

They are actually a very good shock, you need to rebuild both of them as the centre shock takes a beating... I rebuild them for $50 a shock and live in Saskatoon...Bus rates are cheap.. Something to think about.
