    2014 Polaris Mountain Sleds

I don't spend my day looking for stuff to sidehill on just to see how easy it is for my sled, I'm mainly annoyed with the factorys marketing, Chris Burandt annoys the hell out of me for one, and for two, I could care less how "flickable" my sled is, I'm 6'3" and 250 pounds so I can flick any...

    2014 Polaris Mountain Sleds

Ok seriously, I don't understand why anybody gives a flying Fawk about sidehilling, that's all I've heard for the last 10 years "this new chassis side hills so much better" does anyone really spend more than a total of .001 miles all day side hilling? Does it REALLY make that much difference? if...

2000 cat 1999 polaris skid bad idea? or doable?

The poo. Then take those measurements and transfer them over to the cat, they might be the same, but I think you'll probably end up moving the mounting plates

2000 cat 1999 polaris skid bad idea? or doable?

If its a 99 RMK it will be a 136" skid, and I've seen an X-tra 10 poo skid in a mountain cat chassis before, its not that hard to do, just take measurements for the mounting plates in relation to the driveshaft so that the skid is located in the right place.

Picture of your first Sled-Memory Lane

I had a 1975 arctic cat panther that my grandpa gave me. The first one I ever bought was a 1998 700rmk that was a tri-city mod sled....man I miss that one

How long till Yamaha sinks or swims in the sled market?

I've always had dreams of a propane turbo apex.....you couldn't give me a nytro or phazer.....too Damn ugly. Another thing I've always wondered, why did they go completely away from 2 strokes? That sx viper was a MEAN sled, imagine what they could have done with that platform

    Tunnel polishing

Don't waste your time with that mothers garbage, if you've got a peterbilt truck dealership close by go In and buy the stuff called "wicked metal polish" its in a yellow bottle, hands Down the best polish I've ever used, and I've tried probably 100 different polishes over the years.

    06 700IQ build

Picked this sled up from a guy in Montana a few weeks ago as a builder, he rolled it and basically destroyed some of the plastic parts as well as hammered up the pipe pretty bad, it runs fine, just needs some plastic and some other miscellaneous parts to get it back to 100%, its a former SLP...

    1997 700 build

That was the 5th and final 97-98 that I modded, all of them were literally torn down to the tunnel/bulkhead and built from the ground up. I've got a shitty back so I need newer stuff with a better suspension now haha

    1997 700 build

I built this sled last fall and rode it all last season. I sold it this year to upgrade to an IQ, but I figured I'd show you guys what I built for a grand total of 1100 dollars :D I did TONS of trading for parts, selling stuff off of the chassis that I had, and begging for free stuff to get this...

    Southeast Idaho new guy

New here, heard about this forum on BCR and figured I better join up, name is Taylor, I'm a long haul trucker and I run the pacific northwest and Canada. Currently I own an 06 700rmk that's in the process of being put back together from being wrecked. I'll post a build thread later on.
