It has been awhile since I have been on here. I can not figure out why I can't get spark on this sled. I've had the stator rebuilt, ohmed out the wires, disconnected key and kill switch replaced the cdi twice and got a new coil. Now saying that when you turn the sled over for a couple seconds...

Yep, had a new post and cord put on and programmed hoping that was the problem..... it wasnt. So i need a computer if anyone has one or know anyone who has one. thought i would try here first for a second hand one if not i will order a new one. they are about 725$ new.

Wondering if anyone out there has a computer for a 1999 summit 600 ZX chassis? Replaced the post and DESS cord and didn't fix the problem. If you got one please let me know.

Anyone got a rear suspension shock that will fit a 99 600 summit? Got wifes sled out and the shock is sticky. Looks like an HPG shock or is there a way to fix it?

So you figure its a cylinder? How would it just seize sitn over nite? Coolant was good and it is seized solid. I cant budge the primary.

Anyone have this happen or possibly know what happened? Riding last year sled run great all day,stopped at the trailer to load. Shut sled off for about half an hour getting stuff ready to load. Started sled up and run it on to the trailer. Woke up next morn fueled up and headed to the hill went...

Found it. Broken wire going to the fuse box. Thanks for the help.

yeah checked the fuses and 1 20A was blown so i changed but still got nothing. I'm leaning toward a broken wire as well.

Ya i checked that. Did change crank sensor 2wks ago but it has been running good. I got nothing when i turn the key on the screen doesn't even light up its dead.
