Helping install a bmp durability top end kit in a 2013 pro rmk. Anyone have specs? Ring end gap, piston to cylinder clearance, cylinder torque, head torque, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Tia!

Yes I know what you mean, don’t want too heavy of base weight up high, no room to adjust. However I think with 67g base weights I should be okay as I have 68g weights right now and was still pulling around 8300 rpm in the mountains last year. We very rarely ride above 8000 ft

Anyone install the new style 2018 cat grips on a 2016 M? Not sure whether I need to change the grip heaters or if the new grips will just fit right on?

Thanks for for the info, I think the 21/49 gearing with 70g weights is the way I’m going to go for now, I might also do the manual tensioner.

Good to know, always something no matter which way you go lol. D/r is the real fix, just not a cheap option. I was also going to swap out the stock 68g weights for 70g no matter which way I go as well. Very seldom I’m over 7000’, even where we ride in the mountains.

I’m also thinking about putting in 8t drivers with stock 19/50 gears without d/r. I’m told they are tight but they work and is a better way to go than 21/49 gears. Anyone have experience with this? And even if it does fit, does it cause any issues running that tight of tolerance?

Okay thanks for the info! So did cat change to an aluminum lower gear? I know on the 2013 I had, the lower gear seemed much heavier, this one damn near feels plastic lol. Also found on the 2016 I am changing my chaincase oil a lot more because the oil gets silvery way faster due to faster wear...

Have a 2013 can am renegade 800 that is leaking oil from the rear end. I replaced the input shaft seal on the rear diff thinking it was coming from there but it looks like it is leaking through the splines between the input shaft and the driveshaft. Is there anything supposed to seal that? Or...
