As GS, the trails are not marked with "difficulty" levels. You can potentially start out on a on a trail that seems easy enough only to find that it becomes some gnarly single track. For me, that's great, not so good for someone starting out. Like PowderSlut mentioned, stay low... There are...

No quad class unfortunately, the CEC does not have one either. I don't know what the class breakdown for bikes is either.. I am thinking it might be spectator only for me by the sounds of things. Here is some info.

Yeah, construction is one of those things. Fort Mac will be ok. We travel to races a lot but that will probably get cut down due to the distance. It will have to be week long ride trips now too. That sounds great White! I will have to make sure the bikes are up when you get back. I ride both...

I do that all the time! I am 5'9" and did not get blessed with a long inseam. I installed an aftermarket short seat which helped just enough. Nothing worse than riding through the gnarly stuff, stopping to chat with your riding buddies, putting a foot down only to begin an ever so graceful...

I love my 300. Best woods bike I have ever owned... I can't say enough good things about it. The power is there when I need it, it's fun to ride, light, flickable and it actually "four-strokes" over the all nasty stuff. It's almost cheating really.
