the 1100 is a tank in comparison to the winder lol its not all about all out power,my 08 boost it nytro at 20lbs will beat up most any sled even apexs, but it dont ride anywhere near as nice as a winder.
My viper has the narrow 2016 front end exit shocks & has the longer front shock exit in back + a bunch of light parts & its close to the sw . sw is still faster side to side & power is so smooth & seamless so easy to manage probably a big reason people find it so easy to ride.
If you think a sidewinder felt like a apex iam sorry you just cant ride.they have 0 in common, does it ride like a poo pro no but once you learn to ride one you will realize they are really close.
You need to learn how to use the 4 stroke power, some just cant or wont get it.
I cant remember what i have for clutching in my boost it viper but will look pretty sure it would get you close neil only used the daltons.pretty sure i have the 62 with some weight added purple spring & 43 degree helix i think but will check.
Never had any issue in 3000km on my boost it kit other than drivers killed them lol.
Just check for anything melted that looks like it was overheated & clutches some guys with turbos are hard on them lol
As for mcx i think they had a update for the oil loss issue make sure it has it done.
After spending a bunch of time on the sw last year 240-250hp will be more than most guys could use.
I have ran 20+ lbs boost on my nytro & you just lose the rideability as you go up in power fun yes but but harder to ride.i run 10lbs on my boost it viper these days lots of fun & will climb...
There is probably some boost it kits still around & they are the best viper kit i have tryed.
No issue with fires on alpine kits if a viper caught fire it wasnt the kits fault just saying lol
Alpine kits use boost it design & most parts are the same great guys to.
Mcx is good kit to both great kits just get a good dealer if you need install done its the most important thing.
