Hello all, I'm a early 40's off-road bike rider looking for other riders to explore the BC backcountry. Officially all of my my buddies have converted to four wheels, and now I find my buddies can't take the same trails as the bike can.

aside from price, what are the main differences between stainless steel header and muffler and a titanium one, weight, heat characteristics, which is superior?
Anyone else runnin a Team secondary on an 08 XP. I have ran mine for three seasons now and the thing works great, just interested on some different set-up ideas.

Got a team clutch (tss-04) for an 08 xp summit 800, the clutch is great cooler temps, longer belt life, way better shifting characteristics, feels like more power to the ground, but the clutch seems noisy to me. Any one else have this same issue with the noise, does a Delrin washer help?

My buddy just had his crank let go at the clutch in renshaw needed to get choppered out ($1950 ouch). was riding with a mechanic at one of the polaris dealers, he said 1 in 4 is letting go at roughly 1200 miles, thats a high number even if it is 1 in 40 that is still a big number, $2000 to fix...
