Idling time will kill the plug on break in. Don't be scared to pin it, cleans it out and seats the rings. Idling it around will only foul the plugs and glaze the cylinders preventing a good break in
thinking about putting this head on my 2013 pro, just wondering if its worth doing or not. i believe its a 12.2 to 1 ratio, does anyone know the ratio of the stock head is. thanks
cr makes a tunnel dump for mcx kits and seth at trail tanks make a bigger tank. i run the mcx 270 kit and its been flawless so far for a few seasons. I think the impulses run strong to, can't understand why your dealer can't make one work. paul is only a phone call away for assistance.
yes reverse can go on a bd kit and you dont have to use the park brake cable to do it, just refab some stuff. o-ring on handlebars works great for a park break.
yami is way more reliable but at 10lbs the dragon will beAT it by quite a bit. the 180 kit runs great and will require far less tuning. if you want to beat the dragon at 10lbs try the 240 or 270 kit from mcx. i bought a 240 kit in 08 and it was comparable to a turbo m8 at 10 lbs. upgraded to a...
Its a nytro with a 270 kit. It gets run hard and lives at 18 - 19 lbs, has 2800 km and I'm starting to worry as there have been a few go down lately. It's a mcx kit and has always been flawless, I run half c16 and half premium.
Just wondering what others are getting for miles at this boost...
Hey mellow out, What I said was the stock seat, shroud, and heat sheild weighs 11 lbs, 10 oz, you said the seat saves 8-9 lbs. Bull$hit, that means your seat, brace and hardware weighs 2 lb 10oz to 3lb 10oz. then you cry a bunch of stuff about calibrating. GROW UP . no, I don't want one and if i...
didn't mean to run my mouth but my post is correct, I to have bought boss seats with big gains. But this is not the case with the nytro (apex yes, viper yes, mountain max yes, nytro no) I don't beliieve boss makes a seat for the nytro. wonder why?
HEY, grow up, I said it was a nice seat. FYI I am an electronics engineering tech so I think i can weigh a simple seat ("Calibration certificate", your a joke :realmad:). Just stating facts. Maybe its your scale that needs calibrating. I challenge anyone to weigh the two seats and shrouds and...
