Yeah that shoe repair epoxy worked well to keep the bottom of my boot together last season. Trying to figure out how out a better solution to these running boards. May just start rounding the sharp edges and get them powder coated.

funny thing...the wire must have touched the other on our way out and killed the sled. Took a while to figure out what caused the issue.

I recently purchased a 2017 axys with 500 miles and the other guy used Torco oil in the sled. He said it was a better oil than the VES Gold however I’m not sure I agree. Is there a specific way to switch back to VES if the reservoir is full of torco? Is it as simple as letting the oil get low...

I posted in another thread what INDY DAN had posted on Snowest recently and he suggested if you don't have a problem with the sled and compression is good do NOT touch the top end. It's worth a read.

I've also used the PAR tunnel stiffners. Work really well however you need more then 50 rivets if I remember correctly. There's a guy on kijji who sells full tunnel stiffners with a cutout for the vin. Very well priced and also sells the tunnel/bulkhead braces like VA. Ships out of Ontario.

If you haven't booked grizzly lodge I'm willing to bet they won't have accommodation available for that time of year. Every year we book the entire lodge for a week at the beginning of march and struggle to get every in a year in advance.
