  • Sorry for taking so long to get back. I ordered some V-force reeds from the states last week. Looks like you have tried both, comments? Yes, boards are in the future and sled is already vented enough for the time being. Have you ever heard of guys putting an XP 154"x16"x2.3" stock track on these rails? I would rather update my XP track to the 2.5" Camo extreme but the track currently on that sled is practically brand new. It would be a waste to fire sale it off. As for the LED, I'm going to keep it simple and just do a 4" light bar attached to an Alu L-bracket on the back. We sled-snowboard so I need to get rid on the big light to get the boards on. Haven't bought the parts yet as it is difficult to find what I'm looking for here in the city. Please keep me updated on your build. Cheers, Terry
Hey, How's it going? I still have the reeds and the only reason I am taking them off my motor is Big John at Sled Head Racing is building me an 840. He told me to run stock reeds with his setup as his dyno told him stockers worked better with the 840big bore. My sled is a 04 HM extreme also. the things I have done are listed on my signature but the best bang for the buck is running board snow eliminators, I got mine from Ratsled. I am now startng this weekend putting on a drop and roll, 162 ice age rails and 8 tooth drivers with a 2.5 camo extreme track. I am also putting on drop brackets and an antistab kit along with nun braces. I will be posting picks as I go, so ask any questions you have. Also I did xxxmodrod vent kit that works and looks good, big thumbs up. Boards and vents and track are huge, best bang for the buck and if you have spare cash get a Boss seat but make sure it is a new build and made in USA.
    Thanks
    Lee
