the one i have have has been great no issues. I live in the mountains and use it at least twice a week.

Liquidation Sation in Edmonton has several kinds to choose from for less than $200. been using mine now for 3 years and it is awsome just need to install some puckbord in the rails and you will be good to go.

I weld plastic if i were you check into the price of replacing it first it will probably be the best solution. pst me if you have any questions about the welding.

I currently have 7048 km on mine and it is still running great. All updates were done to it so that helps but i absolutley love this machine

If you haven't yet rip out all of the foam on the inside and it will save your belts.

I currently ride the same machine 2005 900 rmk with 6600km on it and have never had a problem. It has all the updates and has been a very reliable machine for me. All ther problems are coming from the ones that are Not stock.

Was at Bell yesterday with about 8" of fresh snow. Great conditions around the cabin to play in all day and did not need to go very far. Still able to leave from parking lots this time of year is great.
