    3 inch vs 2.6

I have a 16 with a 3x163in track, the main reason i went with it was for the chaincase. Polaris has never had chaincase problems since they went to hyvo, but saying this everything has its limits. In my opinion, the pros to the 3" are the chaincase and be able to inexpensively change your gear...

    Dealer warranty problems ...

Polaris has bumper to bumper on the first year, on defective parts. Anything after that is Polaristar which is insurance company warranty, second and third year are usually are only powertrain, which includes engine and drive system. Engine electrical is covered but anything to do with...

    2013 Pro RMK Release

You're joking right, you can't be serious. Yes I know on a Pro you have to change the weights for the proper elevation, but once that is done, you are constantly running at 8100 rpm with no belt issues. Sorry but a TRA maybe quick to adjust rpm's but that is the only thing it is good for.

    APV Oil in New PRO

If Polaris will only cover warranty if you use their product, then they have to supply you with their product. Any oil that meets their requirements has to be covered by their warranty. Lets just say though, it will be a lot less grief if you use their product.

    Fuel can options....

The screws are self-tapping, and myself I moved the rack, so it's right behind the seat. Polaris has the straps for the racks and that jerry can. works awesome

    Top End Bog

Yep, know of a couple of guys that were running to light of weights, bouncing off the rev limiter, when this happens ECU dumps fuel. On mine, the throttle cable came out of adjustment, changes TPS settings and fuel map, fouled PTO side spark plug. And for whatever reason it always seems to...

Has There Been Failures on the PRO Yet

Over a thousand miles, and the only problem that I've had, is the throttle safety switch gives me issues when damp, being replaced under warranty, but they're back ordered until April. By the way I love this thing, even if all I got for hp is about 140, WOW what a 140!!!

    Polaris pro rmk PROBLEM

the safety switch can not be just jumped, it has a set resistance when off and a different resistance when actuated. It would of been to simple to make it open or closed.:nono:
