Rode Silent Friday and Saturday and as imdoo'n said it's pounded right out and was socked in so hard to get in very far. Definatley need more snow as there are rocks and such poking out everywhere. Cost a new RMK a bellypan.
Check with Brent Linderman @ Arctic Edge Motorsports in Hillcrest AB or John Bleys @ JAB Motorsports in Pigeon Lake AB.
I inquired about changing my 06 M7 Standard Diamond Drive to a reverse set-up and was told it would cost me +/- 3500.00 dollars. Never had to think about that move. They're...
Well so far it's working very well, I mean without spending 2500.00 for a KMod or Timbersled coupling set-up it stays down very well. I'm running a 2.5" x 162" Camo Extreme and I too was concerned that it was going to be a wheelie fest but am surprised on how it is working thusfar.
Just bought the wife a 2011 M8 162 SnoPro @ Don's Speed in Wainwright - worked out to be 9500.00 because of a trade in. Probably would have got it cheaper with no trade but happy with the deal as well as 20% off of all merchantise in the store for an unlimited amount of seasons so it will all...
I switched my front suspension mounting position to the top hole, tightened Limiter Straps and went with the ZBros rear shock set-up on my Twisted M1 and am quite happy with it. It only seems to come up +/- a foot or so. So far so good.
Correct me if I am wrong - didn't this just happen a month or so in Revy @ the Best Western, Dodge Dually and a pair of Cats, maybe it was Sicamous - Not sure ?
None the less, happening way too much. I think it's time us Sledders start pressuring these high priced Hotels/Motels to ensure they...
Just finished plowing the driveway and we got a good 6" out here in Spruce View lastnight so hoping the same or more further west. Heading out in a.m for a rip - Gotta break in the wifes new Sled before we head to the Mountains again.
Hunkered Down and Traded the 06 M7 for a 2011 M8 Sno Pro 162 for the wife
Decided to trade old faithful in on a new Sled for the wife. Going to try it out real soon.
Hated to see the 06 M7 go as it was an all around awesome Sled but it had no reverse. Got a good deal so it had to go. Hope...
Re: Which would you rather Own: 2012 Stock 155" Pro RMK or 2011 M8 153 Race Gas Turbo
The TM8 is the easiest Sled to tune. Once it is dialed in it is a pull the rope and go and once you have ridden a Turbo that works you will never go back to a N/A Sled. The M8 set up properly handles very well...
Re: Why does my little 2006 M7 Arctic Cat 162" STOMP the 2008 SkiDoo XP 800 154"
Exactly, I would even join into that fun. Can't count out any 700's, I know a guy with an old RMK 700 with some minor Mods and a big A-- Track that climbs like a mad. They really were an awesome Sled as well. Just...
