How are the conditions up there this year?

Any new snow up there? Hockey season is just about over. Might get a chance to head up in the next few weeks! The only chance I had to go up caught a rock just past the cabin then had to watch till it was time to drive out.

I was hoping to get a few guys out there later this week or on the weekend! Will see how it goes! Good to hear that we are getting more snow now! Will update before we head out to see if there is anymore news for the area!

How was the road going up? Any better than it was a couple of weeks ago? Where did you stage out of?

I jam 6 in a 27' so you should be able to get 3 in a 19'. Mine is a V nose as well. Usually run the one in forward, then two backed in, the 2 more in forward, then the last one backed up the middle again. They are mostly 154's but I have had 2 163' in there with them as well.

I was really looking forward to getting back up there soon. Sounds like I better get my butt in gear! Last time we were up there was just after the last snow fall about a month ago. Did the avy fall in the back above the lake yet? There was a small one on the side of the wall while we were there.

Check the kill switch by disconnecting the wires in the handle bars. My 07 XRS did that last time in Radium. No spark. disconnected the plug and drove it the rest of the day. Must have a short inside the switch! haven't had a chance to take it apart and find out why yet!!

Is it safe to take the family out there this weekend? Just thinking of doing some riding trough the valley with the monsters? But if it is sliding like crazy or threatening probably not a great idea!
