the 975 big bore kit has seizco pistons, I wouldn't do it. call Terra Alps Racing
they have a good porting and head set up for it, they also have 975 pistons on the shelf with 400 miles on them that are toast. so unless you want to change pistons every 400 miles do the porting and head kit. with...
It was only a matter of time pretty much an exact copy of the Terra Alps Racing tunnels, starting using cooling on the running boards and now copied the running boards, pretty sad they can't come up with something of there own. bling sells.
too hot? its usually the other way around, the cats have low comp. so you can run 87 octane which burns hotter and will make more power, then running 91 in a low comp motor, only run 91 if your 12.5-1 and higher comp.
sorry josh cans don't make power just light weight, most loose power, jaws tries to make the cans make as much power as stock suitcases do, he spends quite a bit of time on them, with restrictor plates etc..
but were talking about reeds.
ok, so heads, do they make alot of hp ? more then...
can't read very good eh!
I didn't say lose 2hp I said was "2 hp LOWER then another set"! the other set still made more hp then stock, never did loose any hp. they broaden the hp range, at peak power they might only make 2-4hp on diffferent sleds but they will make alot more power after peak...
yea, whatever! I have some toilet paper for dyno paper too.
do you know how many ubm900's got returned?
best 900 was the engine tech that didn't touch 190. twin pipes 15-1 comp.
actually a ub900 made 178 at dynotech, they have high numbers, a m1200 made 225 on there dyno as well then went too...
rode some ez ryde rear suspensions set up from Terra alps racing on the weekend, wow nothing like em, they just drove through all the ruts and holes on the hill and the track never lost traction always on the snow, they have alot of travel and the ride is second to non, the timber skids rides...
the Terra alps racing tunnels have the best foot traction availible with open slots too clear out the snow easily but not too large too let snow up through them like the eliminators. they use 80 thou material as well so its stronger then those using 63 thou. that cracks. also one of the first to...
