Maybe Woodruff key sheared...caused timing to go out. Had happen a few years go, would rip cord out of your hands- easy way to tell is if your compression ratio seems high,lol- 160 was impressive on a stock, high mileage sled!

Any good quality oil works... use the same as your oil injection (unless you have deleted) to keep simple. You are referring to just adding a couple ounces to each tank, I presume?

HPOP - high pressure oil pump? Any issues prior...like longer cranks to start? I believe that the 6.0 needs a minimum of 5-600 psi at the injectors to start...if it can't build that, it won't start. Can be a number of things that can cause that... o-rings, STC fitting, stand pipes...pretty well...

Another good thing to add right of the bat is the intake screen protector....I put on the set from Mountain/Menztoys also...easy install and does the job....nothing like 20/20 hindsight after you wreck the stock ones! Sorry about the upside down pic...relying on someone else's skills to rotate...
