The power up wires are just in front of the oil tank, just push two copper wires into them and alligator clip on a battery, much safer then pinning it.

The 2011,s were lean in the midrange, your fix kit and head might be making it worse, I put an slp pipe and power commander on mine and noticed on the 2011 map the only thing it does is add fuel in the 5500 - 7000 range.I,ve had no det issues, might want to consider a fuel controller.
I actually loosen that screw so it will move around, lets me always be grabbing it in the right position whether I,m standing , sitting, climbing, flailing, whatever. Also some give to it when you do hit a bump, won,t snap off the plastic so easy. Try it, just takes getting used to.
Back in original post you said the oil tank clearance in better, I,m getting a 13 xm soon and it has never had the update tank drilling crap done. Does it look like different fitting on the tank or how do you think they achieved extra clearance, was hoping to fix mine the right way, thanks.
