fingers crossed weather looks decent enough for tomorrow

I will be going to the Alberta beach atv rally on Sunday :p never been to a rally before I wanna check it out

So if there's a big turn out,..... Where does everyone park? Just along the streets of the town or..

Thats good to know, I had no idea that existed. Then again I've never took my quad there before.

Soooo what happened to the weather !!! Yesterday they where calling for a -5 Sunday now it's -11...... It's getting close to my, it's too damn cold to go temp...... They better not change there mind tomorrow and make it even colder. That's gotta be the one job in the world where you can...

It's curious that helmets are mandatory when there's no Alberta helmet law...... I always wear one...... Just interesting.....

I still prefer parking on solid ground as well, a few trucks spread out on the ice, fishing or whatever is fine but everyone parking together in a small area eeeeeeeek I'm not a fan......

I thought those directions started at the liquor store???

There's also an iPhone app called atv trails it's not bad for staging areas ... It be a lot better if more people used it but it has a few spots.

Hmmmmm I wish someone had this trail head pinned on a map.... I'm not sure which clearing you speak of, is it immediately north of the damn, the spot I was referring too is a ways north up the road... But I recall there being clearings on the west side of the highway closer to the damn no roads...

Hmmm I went that way, north of the dam, went west on road there was a clearing and people camped right by the main highway. Went in a ways past a pretty chewed up section, downs a way more and then a sign in the middle the transatla no atv sign it almost looked like it was saying you only...

I was at the brazeau dam once unloaded right after the dam couldn't find any good trail?? Am I blind ?? The spillway is all signed up no atvs, past the damn there where some power line wide cut lines nothing really interesting..... Am I missing something? Oh I also went north of the dam a was...
