I have been really considering solid white aluminum soffit for the ceiling now. Super light and easy to work with, but fairly pricey.
for the walls I’m thinking of drywall with 1/2”x3 1/2” mdf over the vertical joints and then the top, bottom and corners...
How have you finished the walls in your detached garage?
I’m currently redoing the inside of my 24x32x9 garage/ workshop. Past shop I had done Osb when it was $8.99 a sheet and trimmed with 1x4’s. It looked ok but nothing special. Now over $50 a sheet it won’t look so great

I was looking under the truck last night and thinking in the back I’m going to get some 2” square tubing to run between the box and frame And bolt it solid. For the front I’m not 100% sure yet but thinking of running tubing front...
I have a 7' Marlon Xplore II deck in a CC/SB Duramax and I will haul 2 sleds at a time or a SXS with a riser mounted on top. The deck is turn buckled and bolted to the box with the Marlon feet/levelers.

For you guys that use the BCA vest/backpack and Boafeng radios, do you use the BCA Radio pocket? any problems with the buttons being pressed in your pack? I really don't have any extra room to pack a plastic sandwich container. These packs are very tight with the shovel/ probe inside

I stopped in at a dealer a few weeks ago to window shop and they are using belts on the new units with 2.6 tracks but 3.0 are still chain. I'm assuming this because of the extra traction it needs the strength? :dunno:
