DID YOU FIND THE ISSUE?
LOTS OF ISSUES YOU HAVE GOING ON HERE..
as for it falling on its face
--could be bad exhaust valve solenoid not activated, sticky exhaust valves
--bad clucthing setup
--stator leg going out
--bad fuel pressure, or faulty injector
as for getting hot and no coolant in...
my wife has this sled, i have an 05 AND an 06 900 (basically the same sled as the 06 700), they are heavy, have their issues of coarse, but with perfect gearing, clutching, some mods and maintenance...they are HUGE power sleds for their size...
there is ALOT to read about on these sleds in the...
first...the SLP is well worth it...increases your fuel mapping, gives you more performance and increase in rpm to around 7800...i would never ride a 900 (05-06) or even a 700 (06) without an SLP pipe... ;)

you can send your injectors to WitchHunter Performance - Injector Cleaning & Flow Testing Services they are EXCELLENT and have a fast turn around time, and will give you a full rebuild and a spec sheet of before and after rebuild..all for $19 per injector..

if there is a meat cup on the mounts then you have them...but usually when people get them, they will advertise it heavily to promote selling..
one of the biggest things people over look on there vibs issues is the OEM torque stop...some dealers, and riders..tend to push the stop up againist...

you can do anything with enought time/money...would it be worth it :confused: personally the amount of time required to do this...i would NOT...
the engine will fit comfortably in an 05 900 chassis ;) maybe an 06 chassis...BUT..i might get an extra engine one...

get scratchers for SURE.......
but you also need to get rid of your front radiator..do not loop the system, delete it entirely and run the hose from the front cooler (behind engine) straight to the sylinder head, and then BLOCK the hose from the coolant bootle...
and VENT the heck out of the...

1. Compfusion Motor Mounts are NOT a waste of money..i am good friends with Colin (compfusion) he is an excellent guy and his motor mounts are a work of art..they are prices around $340 for the set (front only) but they WORK...
