Is the cabin open in the summer for overnight stays?

The sled sat in the dealer's yard for a few days and then it started. They let it sit another day and it started again. They tested all the electrical and couldn't find anything wrong with it, but the tech said it could possibly be the voltage reg, so I bought a new one. I think i'll install it...

i'm taking mine to the dealer so they can test it. I'll post what they say.

no dash lights at all. i just tried priming the cylinder with gas once and it fired for a second. i've checked all the connections and they look fine and are totally dry.

thanks-i'll try that,but the sled was tarped on the trailer and there didn't seem to be any moisture under the hood. i hope it's something simple.

Rode about 60kms on saturday-sled ran great. When I tried to unload it off the trailer, it started after 3 pulls-which is normal-then it died. Started 1 more time and died again. Now won't start at all. When it was running briefly on the trailer, the dash lights weren't working. I have spark at...

I just got my 07 D7 top end redone by a guy in Airdrie. I bought the Wiseco top end kit on Ebay. He did a great job for about half the cost of the dealer's quote. Call Billy at 403 369-3031. -Monty

Same thing happened to me once-due to trailering without a cover on a very wet road. Dried out and worked fine.

Bought a 700 dragon with 1100miles and it definitely needs a new top end-one of the cylinders is cracked and the rings are destroyed. Should I open up the bottom end now too or leave it if everything seems tight? thanks

Just bought an 07 D7 with 1100miles and found out it needs a new top end-cracked cylinder, broken rings,etc. Last owner apparently ran a turbo and almost blew it up. It was in running condition, but low compression (80psi) in left cylinder. 110psi in the other. Question-should I spend the money...

Rode Forster today-Sunday. Snow was great! 3ft of powder in some areas, at least 12" everywhere. Lots of riders out, but there's still some fresh out there.
