Adjusting power valve cables, found service manuals online at Country Cat and manualslib.com. CC version says 1.437"/36.5 mm, other one calls for 1.377"/35 mm. Anybody know which is correct? I'm leaning to 35 mm because mine are presently at 35 and 38 mm but would like to get it right...TIA

Buddy had a similar issue on his 18 this year, found a bad coil wire.

Planning on starting on the same project here...how has the line-x held up? How about the coating on the rear rails where you hook the ramp, would you do it again or does it get beat up pretty quickly from the ramp and carbides? Did you end up doing anything for slide/wear pads in the side...

Chucked one in mine, this is my first cat and was really surprised by all the rub marks in the rope...just make sure you leave a just a little tail for the knot to tighten, I melted mine flush the first time and it pulled through on the second day haha. No issues into the second year on mine.

No lefty, only one throttle. And the lever has freeplay at idle.

Tried that, no difference. It gave a little pop on the first pull and that was all I could get. I figured if it was a bad switch trying the good original one should have eliminated that as well... It's just weird, I started/killed it like 4x when I was done and was working fine, it's just been...

Anyone had issues with a CTEC flooding? Installed finger throttle and kill switch couple days ago, tested a few times before parking and was all good. Went to fire it up today, pulled 5 or 6 times and wouldn't do anything. Messed around a bit and found one terminal on kill switch pushed through...

Can't comment on how well it works but if you're interested in buying I have an unused one I bought last year and didn't install because I mounted my jerry can about 3/4" too far back and did't want to re-drill haha

I ended up going with the Snowpulse Spire, fit actually seemed better for me and was lighter than the BCA. They also threw the armour pieces in with the deal so I think I’m pretty happy with it. Thanks for the advice everyone.

Thanks for the tips everybody. Was planning on doing my shopping at the sled show so will definitely fit test them all first...looking at Snowpulse, it looks like they offer one with a zipper and one without, anyone had better reasons for either route?

Looking to switch up to a vest from an older ABS airbag, was hoping anyone with experience in vests might have some tips or recommendations as far as what to look for and what’s available, googling seems to bring up more skier stuff. Not super concerned about price...thanks in advance!

Snowflap deleted from new. Had temp light come on a couple times in no to low snow trails early season, otherwise keeping speed up over 45-50ish MPH seems to keep it below 130deg. Pin it!

Ended up going to Vegreville because they're closest...I'll most likely be driving further next time.
