Trish I appreciate this thread and the honestly shared. From my perspective one of the issues we have in BC is that we have a strong "it is our right" to ride mentality. People believe that it is crown land and they should be able to do it for free. Even though we have lost a huge percentage...

Thanks for the vote of confidence :) the BCSF is not in trouble. We may not have the money we need to complete our campaign...or let's be honest the first thing on the list...the economic impact study. But the BCSF is managed with strict budgets to ensure that we can meet our obligations...

Just want to add to this...These people are employees or volunteers. The parking lot or booth is their worksite. That does not give anyone the right to yell at them and violence in the workplace is taken very seriously. RCMP should be called and these instances should be reported. Powder...

On another thread in this section there is a guy from Squamish that just moved as well that is looking for a very similar riding buddy...Maybe you guys can connect. I would also recommend that you join a club to meet some people. There are several in the Sea to Sky, Chilliwack and near Manning.

I would recommend joining one of the clubs in the Sea-to-Sky (Black Tusk (Squamish), Powder Mountain (Whistler) or the Pemberton Club). It is always a great way to meet a riding buddy and get out with other people that love to snowmobile. It will be amazing riding in the sea to sky.
