the slp single full system give you +25hp +16tq, lol although i run a speedwerx single w/ jaws stinger, good set up noticable power gain, sounds nice, not the best as far as hp increase though.

i have been running premium, but every once in a while my knock sensor goes, speedwerx y pipe and elevation pipe with jaws stinger, hope that helps a bit.
