Recoil went out on sled (broke case) and now the dash does not light up, has spark only in one cylinder and seems to be in limp mode. The stater was tested at the dealer and is fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

So I found the wire that was shorting out, and after doing more research there were TONS of people that had the same issues! It was this stupid red wire behind the chain case going into the voltage regulator. My odometer still does not work. But this may be a sensor.
