My mechanic went through everything...plugs, wiring, heads, reeds, clutch, voltage reg., computer, throttle bodies, tps and more. the sled goes like stink for 1/4 throttle up, but i still have a slight bog on the...

hey guys, i was having problems with my sled(07 m1000) and supposedly fixed all that was wrong with the machine. I bought this sled from a guy who had a turbo on it, and when he took the turbo off he didnt put it back together properly. first, it was my voltage regulator..second, it was missing...

My 07 m1000 use to do that except it would shift into forward fine, but when you put it in reverse..holy sh-t, sounded like gears grinding bad and still would not go into reverse. Turns out my voltage regulator was screwed and the power wasnt going to where it was needed. just something to look...

hey dude...i just done the same thing, i was riding a 2001 800 rmk 144 then i got with it..and bought a 07 m1000 153. no comparison, cat all the way. Like the boys before said' tell yer buddies' cause i do:beer:

hey thanks old fart....done all that and turns out its a cracked reed.....huh go figure, fixed and rip'n....this sled is nutz, good thing im power hungry :):beer::beer::beer:

this may sound stupid, but what about old fuel and oil? the cat feels like its running on 1 cylinder...spark plugs maybe?

ya...i dunno guys, i checked the power valves and they were really dirty so i cleaned them up and installed and it made a lil difference but nothin to talk about. I dont know much about belt deflection or my clutch....any suggestions? please help:(

hey guys, i bought a 07 m1000 in great shape and it was looked after really well. I too it for a rip today and i have a real bad bog, running high rpm at low speeds and crappy throttle response....power valves gummed up? I dunno just tryin to find a fix before i bring it to mountain magic.......WTF

Hey, just wonderin if yu had room for 1 more? I had the 4th booked off for work for sometime and someone just stole my truck 9 days ago....anyway, i have a friend who lives in mcbride and he owns a nice B&B right in town, anyway let me know...will split cost of everything 50/ 50
