    I agree with that a 100% and I do my best to not say something if I dont mean it! Ya, OT is something based on how far behind, or how important the job/customer. At the momment we are Mon-Fri, there was some talk about a Tuesday-Sat, but alot of the staff didn't seem to take to this idea...
