I am thinking you may want to check the bushing in the spring cup in the slide half I broke two sets of inside halfs till I figured it out.

Put an LED right in the mud flap. bought it from Lordco. It is made for under a car flexible. Clean and looks good.

I do not know what you need a longer track for i guess just to put you in the tree's even farther or Higher up in them.......Or pushing the polaris even harder. Does you bulkhead look like this?

I was looking on the skidoo site and it says they are a TRA III clutch and it was on the 2005 MXZ 600 HO SDI or 800 HO ??

I am having problems with mine reving also and when I got it home took the clutch apart which I had cleaned two rides before and everything looked not bad. (I had ordered a DJ kit so was waiting for it to come in.) But when I took it apart something let go and mashed the bushing out. one roller...

Does any one know if a 2005 mxz 600sdi primary clutch will be the same as an 2004 rev 800? or will it not hold up??? Looks the same in the picture.( I also just ordered a DJ Clutch Kit, will it be the same?) Thanks for the info. ( and if anyone has a Primary I cracked mine last ride out.)

This is what I did to My 04 Rev bought the light at Lordco. suppose to be for under cars. only works as a brake light but that works for me.

Can you change over the BoonDocker Nitrous system from a 04 rev to an 08 XP. What whould I need to purchase for other parts. I have a Timbersled Pod Intake. When pulling a hill at 8100 rpm when you hit the NOS what happens to the RPM do I have to make adjustments. Thanks for the info.
