    Yup found the valve and where it was supposed to hook to. This one also has other issues with the gasket to the intake. Is the back of the pump supposed to be curved or flat?

    That would be great. This one is just wide open. Has cavitation getting on step pretty bad. Impellers are good.

    Does a scott 852 use a gasket from the pump to the intake or just sealer?

    Not sure but if it uses a gasket just want to know before I take it all apart.
