Well I sold my 08 M1000 and I just finished my first season on a 2013 M8, 162- Love it by the way. I would like to change the exhaust this summer (pipe/can or both) but I wanted to get some input before I do. I've heard the Bikeman can is a resonance style, which is better for the sled. What do...
Need Tail Cover/Cowling for 2007 R6
Hey guys, I'm sure most of you are probably riding your beloved Harley's so my cries for help may be in vain but I just pulled my 07 YZF R6 into the shop to give it the annual maintenance service and saw some damage on the rear/seat cowling. I'm guessing...
Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I made my own vents and had a slight gap at the bottom. Went riding and thought I'd show my friends how to climb a hill but as soon as I was up to speed my sled pegged out and threw me over the handle bars. Luckily I wasn't into the steep stuff yet and...
Yep. That's the gospel according to Summiteer. I forgot to mention that this track throws hellacious snow going down the trail. I hate towing sleds off the hill and this year I've pulled my buddy off twice. I was pissed until I looked behind me then I couldn't stop laughing. And we all thought...
Just thought I'd share a few things about the 263 2.5'' camo Peak. I put the track on my 08 1000 about 2 months ago replacing the stock challenger and I can't believe the improvement. Tracks are definitely the best way to get more for your buck. When I swapped out my drivers to the 2.86 the...
I'm impressed with my new 2.5 Peak. Probably won't be as good as the Challenger 3'' in the deep pow but I didn't have to trim it down. Despite what some guys were guessing the track does not trench at all. Just thought I'd throw that in.
First of all, I'm Sorry. I don't like trying to sell stuff on here but I can't seem to get rid of my stock Diamond Drive which I don't need now that I switched to the BDX lite drive. Know anybody who needs one? I want about $450 (US) for it and I'll pay the shipping. I changed the gearing from...
It's an 08 1000. Thought about trimming the clips down but decided to just buy the lite drive. Cost was a 1000 bucks (US) but I'll have peace of mind considering when I changed my gearing to 55/65 last year I found the planetary going bad. Thought about making the upgrade a while ago and I don't...
I just replaced my challenger track with the 2.5 Peak only I had to swap my drivers to 2.86. Doing so I lost the clearance between my DD and the inside of the track. With that gone I discovered the track clips are wearing a groove around the Diamond Drive. Luckily I caught the problem before...
Think I'll see what I can get in the 2.5 peak. Nobody has one around here and I'd kinda like to be a pioneer with it. I'll have to change my drivers so it might be a little money but hopefully it'll pay off.
