Everything as you hoped it would be?

It’s waaay more “race” than “street”. The car is a California solid car, but it was painted to be a race deal, not a show car....its a “20 foot paint job”. Mechanically, it has a LOT of high buck parts. It will be fun.

Well not sure if anyone is interested...but I’ve been playing.
Removed super-stock springs in favor of Calvert Racing split monoleafs and Cal Tracs. Removed a ton of crappy wiring...this is an ongoing project. Removed interior and welded holes in floor. Made NHRA legal belt mounts. Old belts were through sheet metal only...nfg. Hurst Quarter stick shifter and melted cable removed....TurboAction Cheetah installed with new mounts welded to floor instead of tex screws like the old shifter. Re-plumbed some N2O lines....but thinking about removing it. Now making cardboard templates for aluminum interior panels....

gee Dave looks like we both have been busy! Getting car ready for body work, paint and new interior but had to take old engine out and put this beauty in with rebuilt tranny before the paint. Whole front end has been done as well. Enjoy your project!!
