Well we rode Eagles on Friday and Gordon Sidney area the next two days...well I missed Saturday due to a very bad cold. Conditions are still good with pockets of untouched snow everywhere. Friday and Sunday were snowy with flat light...Saturday was sunny...sunny...sunny...

Here are a few shots from Eagles on Friday.

nice place to park ricky :p

our buddy ray said follow me, its a short cut....we dropped over a steep cliff and about 200 yards later came out above the upper cabin and the roof had slid lots of snow off(which turned to ice). He did a narrow traverse just above the corner and all the snow slid off the ice shelf. I thought maybe i could just burp the throttle and a little jump and it would be good. When i burped the throttle, the ass end swung down on the ice and the front started to move, but gravity wins.... I bailed uphill side. No damage other than a few minor scratches. Took 7 of us to flip the sled back uphill and get it out(was tricky because of the ice).

You will be glad to know he did not let you down...all that fatherly guidance you gave him in McBride on drinking was followed .... he took the next day off to reflect on his actions....lol....

I noticed there wasn't a drink in hand in any of the longhair pictures.... he still on the wagon?

Oh - gotta love a St. Onge gong show!! Follow me - I know a shortcut. That is classic! I gotta meet Ray one of these days........ Maybe not - I get into enough trouble with just one of the brothers.

Gone on the 26th of Feb to Vernon for 10 days. Doctor has said "Your back is looking good. You can go snowmobiling if you take it easy, no jumping and for gods sake don't pull anything out that its stuck".

Ok - what I heard was "You can go snowmobiling and make Rene pull you out when you are stuck".

So this is about a 180 degree change from - "You should never snowmobile again" from the doc. The wife is even on side (maybe it was my sad face looking at Snow and Mud every night ). Oldest daughter is ecstatic.

So - I am looking forward to a couple of nice, easy days with Rene and the girls. Wish me luck boys!!

After you take a look a the photo and have thoughts of the movie "Deliverance Crossed with The Red Green Show" you may just change your mind.
