Lloydminster, what is it like?

Unless you have one incredible job waiting for you there, I would look elsewhere. A lot of places out there nicer than Lloyd........most any other place actually.

It's the other mans garbage pile that can be the problem. That's what my neighbors tell me anyway.

If I am dreaming in colour, I am moving to BC for an amazing job. The job in Lloyd is a step up, but trying to decide if it is worth it....

Had family out there , they detested the town ...
Moved to Edmonton and love it ....

Not sure what the town is like, but always thought Hinton would be a cool place to live. Alberta economy yet nice and close to the fun stuff. I guess any of the patch towns along the foothills. Rocky mountain house is nice too.

But a beautiful area indeed.
Rocky would be my #1 choice though ....
