Friggin' snowflakes and weather people telling me how to deal with daily living???????????

It is just getting to be nice summer weather. The sweet thing about living high in the mountains is the major cooling trend at night time. No need for AC and the house is cooled to 18-20C by morning. Heehaw :sun:

When we were in austria and germany these last couple weeks, we were in a heat wave, and it was close to 40*c, and within the small streets of rock/brick buildings, it was dam hot.....

It is hot but it is feeling great!

The heat is so intense (33C in the shade today) that the plastic hooks on our potted hanging baskets are deforming and the plant is falling to the ground. Never happened before, so is it the heat or a cheaper hanging mechanism?

We were in palm springs a few years ago in august and it was mid to high 40's c and plastic garbage cans were deforming/melting. The rubber on my sandals melted, and thank god for a/c :)
