8" or so out at coal lake by Leduc. Bit of flood water but nothing to be concerned about.

Lake isle is now covered in 6-8" flood water. Once you get over 50 mph it's good. Just don't hit yesterday's tracks. They are like railway ties

Looks like Kuusamo Crest rr23 Buckie... Any luck? I unloaded my hut there but my buddy that was going to drag it out to the dropoff with his quad got sidetracked(beer) and me n the kids came home. About 14-16" of ice in the one hole I drilled... I must be turning into a puzzy in my old age... lol

Did you have any luck?

No. It was brutal. Always is on Sylvan,

looking for big pike. I call it ice sitting. Lol made two 3'x4' holes with ice saw and pushed shack over. Cooked grub in the oven. Skated a bit.

Spent Dec27,28 and came home on 29 on Utikama Lake. About 16 inches of ice. We camped in the enclosed trailers right on the ice. Lots of walleye and pike. Too bad the limit is only one.
