Well we had some major vandalism and theft on our ford dealership. We had a 2005 F250 6.0l have a chain hooked to the front of it then truck pulled entire front end off to steal Banks intercooler and intake system. They then damaged the hell out of the interior and stole the gauges and pillar pod, and ripped the wiring and dial for Ts performance chip. They then proceeded to stealing rims and tires off of trucks but they needed to break windows to steal jacks and tools to remove tires then roll them up a hill to the main highwY and load into there vehicle all while keying and breaking more windows. it was estimated that it took them roughly 2 or more hours to accomplish this. Pincher Creek is 5000 people how did a detachment of 10 officers not drive by a main business in the middle of Pincher Creek and not see this stuff happening. so if you come across some 6.0 l parts and some 20" fuel throttle chrome rims with 325/60/20 nitto terra grapplers for a real good price please inform me.

In todays day and age of thievery I don't understand why business's don't get a security camera system set up. You can buy a 4 or 5 camera system at Costco for 500 bucks. Most people have a security alarm at home and pay 20 bucks a month to have them call you/a friend/cops when the alarm goes off.

Or you can spend a couple grand, get a real system that actually works properly, and be able to see the perps faces, vehicle description and their license plate. Heck just highlight an area of interest of the cameras field of view, select a time range and see any "events" in that zone. I am going to upgrading my house as I have an analog system on it from 2008 but the software and megapixel IP cameras you can get now are flat out amazing.

I've got a client who has a gas station and has all the cameras u can use and what a joke with the law. Caught a person stealing in his store and held him for the police and after the police showed up and they took the theft they came back in and charged him for asault and something about restraing a person. They told him he should have let them take care of it but they don't show for petty theft and it cost him to show up in court with a lawyer. So even if u have cameras or u catch them stealing u can't do a thing to the theft or u will be charged so how does the law protect us but it sure helps the theft. This is not just the first time he's had trouble with this problem he had someone steal fuel and he got the plate # and the police did nothing and he lost the money from this to also company using his dumpster which I didn't think was a big deal but he's had to have the trucks come for a extra pickup and this cost money even though he's caught them on cameras the police said lock it or put a gate around it which cost money but then they put the garbage beside the bin and he gets charged for garbage flying around .

Stealing a bag of chips or a $75 tank of fuel is a lot different than thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff from a business. Now I agree it adds up but it is how they prioritize. I agree the law does it's absolute best to protect only the scum of the earth but they will arrest and convict on admissable video evidence. That is of course as long as you have signage posting you have the area under surveilance.

We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. I hope they catch these idiots. I'm not one for street justice but i think its coming to that, as soon as the cops get involved you're the criminal (or a victim)

so more and more keeps coming out of this. it turns out these ballzy bastards parked on the hwy heading from pincher to waterton national park went to the electrical box on the power line and cut the wires The truck they hooked the chain up to to steal ch!t from had the batteries ripped out and steering column tampered with and the alarm was awesome in the truck and horns were honking a person across the road said but never thought anything of it. I guess Cam clark Ford was hit the same way.

My issue is for the third time in 2 months I have seen the rcmp ghost car cruising down backroads miles and miles away from town and are also out at the castle ski hill with snowmobiles out on the trail trying to get people for no registration but they dont have enough staff to patrol the local businesses at night to help protect the community. I guess catching a thief doesnt pay as much as these HID lights and no registration tickets. Might be time to set a dummy truck up and just shoot shovel and shut up on these thieving pricks!

shoulda stole the truck the motor in that truck was pretty done up I know cause i built it for the guy we just freshly finished new connecting rods, pistons, valve springs, lifters, and a numerous amouts of other stuff my bill in parts was nearly $7500 no labour included and this was after the heads and studs with egr delete was done nearly $15,000 or more into it. Looks like the damage will be an insurance write off. at lunch I talked with one of the RCMP handling the case he simply stated "we dont really have any patrol units out in the real early hours of the morning cause usually nothing happens"! WOW!!!! now I know when to go do something wrong.

This type of sh!t drives me crazy. I detest theives, but I hate vandels even more. If you're going to take something...take it, just don't leave me with a broken, useless pile of sh!t. That makes me feel a lot more violated than having it go missing all together.

Maybe it is time to disband the RCMP I guess. With forward thinking like that what hope do we have for quality law enforcement? Of course everyone knows that this ch!t happens during daylight hours when everyone is at work. Geeeeezuz?:rolleyes:

When the police continually drop the ball then this is usually what happens unfortunately. Like someone said........start a business next to a Tim Horton's.
