So evidently parked it under a tree. No damage but when we pulled it out it wouldn't fire up till I tapped the throttle. It runs at 3500 rpm and up. Under that rpm it dies, will not idle. 3500rpm is when my clutches engage. Anything above this to 8000 rpm throttle works fine, but sticks around 4000 rpm like a cruise control. There is signs that a branch grabbed my throttle cable. On a visual inspection every thing looks fine and moves free. Where do I start to figure out problem. Carb or throttle, mechanical or electrical. How do I rule out certain parts
