probably the same reason many other have..... environmental damages to sensitive areas...... or lack of volunteers

Keep an eye out for the HYLO quad rally, usually last saturday of March(23rd OR 30th). East of Boyle 20 mins. It's a great rally. Will probably be ton's of snow this year.
