I found them on Kijiji but they are from polaris ATVs...the xp model.

I really didn’t like red sleds but this ones growing on me. Got me a wiring conundrum going on. Lol.

Hand warmer switches installed.
So a skidoo Gen 4 auxiliary headlight has the perfect shape that matches the viper hood. It’s super bright. My plan was to get the mountain fit headlight delete and cut out the profile for this light to fit. Then wire it into the high beam light. Might not be worth the effort though. See I guess.

Guessing whatever the headlight delete is. This light doesn’t weigh much.
I weighed my stock hood was 18 lbs then after the headlight delete and carbon insert it was 9lbs . Doesn’t look the best but was cheap and decent weight savings.

No you need the banjo bolt and washers with the Doo brake and your good. The only thing is the angle or the brake line is 90 deg different so the line sticks out a bit.

FYI, the Pro Rmk master cylinder also fits well, I have one on my King Cat (Sidewinder). You need the banjo bolt as well.

Been busy at work but did a few things. Finished wiring to the warmer switches. Steering was loose so had a look... nut on the bottom of the post was loose, but on further inspection the aluminum bracket was broke. So I ordered the new update kit. I don’t think it was a Huge deal cause it still went through the steel bracket but it probably flexed. $73 for the update kit.

Well finally got the suspension back together. Just got the rail welded and powdered them. It really wasn’t that bad and there should be any downward stress where the crack was. Waiting for zbroz center spring and in she goes.
Got some linq tunnel brackets and a magnetic tether mounting plate from Kurt at https://www.canadasledparts.com/
Pretty much finished the wiring on the bars and push button start. Ended up adding the relay to be on the safe side. Just waiting for the timer relay.

Well pretty much finished. Waiting for the timer relay on the push button start, I will post a detailed wiring diagram soon. Installed zbroz center shock spring.
I installed the Canada sled parts tether bracket but with the lay down steering it doesn’t fit.....unless you tilt your riser far forward it may work. I like it parallel, so I modified this one to fit but there isn’t much bracket left against the tee post. Kurt is making a new one for the lay down steering so not to come there.

Thanks Randy!!! It’s definitely not a extensive build...more of a fresh up with a few tweaks. Excited to ride it. Snow is a slow start here and the covid bs is putting a damper on things. Hopefully at least get out with the family for a trail ride soon.
For what it is I’m very happy how things turned out. Definitely a low cost budget build.
