Where Can I get Electronic Photo For Firearms Renewal

Got my Renewal for my PAL. It has a provision to renew on line but I need a digital portrait. Tried Wal-Mart and Costco Okotoks no can do.

Any decent portrait photographer should be able to do it as long as you know the specs that they want. My wife did mine and a couple others.

I was to busy/lazy to drive in to Calgary to get my picture taken for my PAL. So I got my wife to take it with her phone. She followed the instructions on the renewal form and I emailed it in. I got my new PAL in the mail today. 14 day turn around not bad thanks for the tip.

I'm a member at AMA, I get free passport photos, so I just go in and get it done.

If you read on the form I think it saids the dimensions. You can take it yourself and mail it in with your renewal. I pretty sure this is what I did when I renewed my Possession/Acquisition licence.

make sure to wear your burka for the photo, its okay to wear those in Canada
