I am looking at a sled to drag the grandkids around on a tube at the farm. A local guy is selling a 2015 Tundra 550 LT with 1500 km on it. What's it worth, he's said his bottom line is $7000?

I thought 7000g for a 2015 tundra was a wicked deal until I figured out you were talking about a sled haha

yeah sounds steep for a tundra. I'll sell you a 2017 free ride for less than that .

I use a RX1 for towing my kids around out in the field. Can get them super cheap and the four stoke sounds sweet and doesn’t choke the kids out with 2smoke.

They hold there value like crazy those sleds. Been looking at one for ice fishing. 1997 300 guys are asking $2500 or more and they sell.

I bought a 2017 with 500 Km for that. $6000 tops if in mint shape. And yes they do hold their value very well but not that well

The grandkids will be towing each other around as well so I need a fan cooled machine or she won't last. If it was just me or the wife then your option would be perfect, plus the Yamaha would run forever.

take it for a ride, see what condition it is in, easy to start, easy to move around? take a jaunt to dealer, see what the price out the door of a new one is, check local buy n sell! make an offer! all he can say is no or counter offer.
really depends on how much you want the sled, how many are available in your area, or how far you want to travel?

from my experience with previous tundra's 32 inch ski stance is very tippy, the new tundras tip the scales at 500 lbs, older 330lbs+/-.

With the state of the oilfield, I’m surprised there aren’t a pile for sale on Kijiji

Maybe they all sold last year
